THE POWER OF FOCUS

Even if you have never meditated, no doubt you’ve heard “now go back to your breath.”

Chimes are often used in place of these commands to soften the experience and anchor your mind. Common in both traditional and modern meditation, chimes help to bring you to the present moment so you can completely focus on your intention.

When you “chime in” during your daily mindfulness ritual, you’re doing something small, yet powerful just for you. You’re telling the universe “I am here and I am ready”. These small practices are how we grow and that’s a beautiful thing.

CHIMES & A MINDFUL MOMENT

The core element of the Mindful Moment practice is “Chiming In”. When you do, you’re intentionally inviting focus into your day.

Despite the clamor in your surroundings, or the nagging voice of your demanding schedule, chiming in and choosing a "word of the day” erases it all. Everything is suddenly quiet. A single moment to close your eyes and focus on your fingertips as they search for a single, simple word that can change your day and your outlook.

For that moment, you are completely present with your word. And whether you read it aloud or keep it to yourself, you can celebrate your mindful moment and bring that joy with you as you master the rest of your day.
